What we collect
Your name, email address and mobile number when you create an account. Your progress through each program. Records of the learning programs you have joined. If you take part in the Learning Partnership, the payout details you give us.
What we never see
Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay — those details go to them, never to us, and we cannot retrieve them.
Why we hold it
To give you access to the programs you joined, save your place in a module, send receipts, pay growth rewards you have earned, and answer you when you contact Student Success. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Razorpay, to take payment. Our email provider, to deliver receipts and password resets. Nobody else. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to advertisers.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. Delete your account from Settings and your profile, progress and personal details go with it. We keep purchase records only where tax law requires it.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@ourafterschool.com and a person will action it.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to credit the right partner when you arrive through a growth link. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Grievance officer
Complaints are handled by Sahil Sharma, reachable at support@ourafterschool.com, at the address above. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days, as required under the Information Technology Rules, 2021.
